We have to get the hologram ones and you can't use them in proper centeral london places anyway due to scanners.

They only accept Passports, Provisional & drivers license around here in the clubs/bars and all of those go through a machine thing to see if it's real.

I used to use this student card that we got given at school, with the official PASS holigram on it. It was a real card, but when filling in the forms I put in the wrong birthday.
You could probably do it with NUS, although I think you have to get teachers signatures for it... but you could always write the date in pencil and change it after they sign :p

nowadays I am 18 wohoooo! But I have given all my old student cards and official stuff that I never use to people in the year below me. I know I woulda LOVED anyone who did that for me when I was 17.
